Final Update: El Mo Reunion

August is here and that means that we’re just a few weeks from the class of ’72 and ’73 El Molino Reunion weekend, August 26-28! We hope you are getting excited to see old friends and renew acquaintances at the fun events we have planned.

Friday Events

Two Friday celebrations will kick off the weekend on August 26. These events are for alumni only (no spouses/partners please). This is to give alumni more time to connect with old friends. Spouses and partners are very welcome at the Saturday evening reunion dinner and the Sunday picnic!

Class of ‘72’s event will be held at Russian River Pub in Forestville starting at 6 PM (no official ending time). There will be a no host bar and food available. Address is: 11829 River Road, Forestville.

Class of ’73’s will hold their Friday event at Bear Republic (Lakeside) in Rohnert Park, from 5 PM – 8 PM. No host bar and food available. Address is: 5000 Roberts Lake Road, Rohnert Park.

(Reminder to send in old photos ASAP to Michelewolpe@sbcglobal.net so we can put together a fun slide show for this event). There will be an after party at the home of James Hill (more info at the Bear Republic gathering).

Deadline to Buy Tickets for Saturday is August 12

Saturday’s joint reunion celebration event on August 27 is nearing capacity! Close to 100 alumni, partners/spouses and teachers have purchased tickets. Just a few tickets remain so don’t delay if you haven’t yet purchased yours! The deadline to buy tickets is August 12th as we need to provide Charley’s restaurant with a final headcount by the 13th. We must have your payment by August 12th to guarantee you a spot (tickets will not be sold at the door). You can purchase tickets here.

Sunday’s “All-class” Picnic

The all-class picnic will be held on August 28 from noon – 5 at the Forestville Youth Park in Forestville. Bring your own food, drinks and utensils to this event. Make sure to let your El Mo siblings and friends from other class years know about this one as they are invited. Spouses and children are welcome too!

Covid Precautions

We recognize that some folks will want to take precautions at these events due to Covid-19. Please note that we will not be checking vaccinations nor requiring masks at the reunion events. If you wish to wear a mask to protect yourself/others please do so. And of course, if you are feeling ill please do not attend the events. Thank you.
